Stux Gloves
After working closely with Glove company Stux for a number of years, a few weeks ago we headed over to Gale Common Motocross track for a private hire session to photograph the new range.
Stux are a Yorkshire based sports glove company. Their specifically designed gloves make them the perfect glove for sports such as BMX, MTB and Motocross. Their designs are eye catching and unique. This paired with their specific design has made them a go to company in the biking and motorsport world.
The shoot was arranged to promote the new range of gloves. We aimed to create a variety of images both lifestyle and on the track. They also had brought out a few items of clothing. Including a couple of t-shirts, hoodies and hats.
Because of their roots in motocross we wanted the lifestyle shots to still be relatable to the motocross track. We used the area around us to create the overall feel of the shoot, using the diggers, containers and various other equipment around the track. These lifestyle shots are a great way of showing the closer up details whilst keeping the photographs interesting and engaging.
The photographs on the track in contrast to the lifestyle shots are a perfect way of showing off the product in its intended use. I used angles that best show of the piece of track that the riders were using whilst being mindful of showing off the product.
